H. K. AL-SADIQ SONS CONTRACTING CO. LTD. (formerly H. K. Al-Sadiq Est.) is an ISO Certified Company, started its Contracting Business in the year 1973. It has completed over three decades of construction and services, mainly in Saudi Arabian Oil Company (SAUDI ARMCO), Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) Saudi Chevron Philips (SCP) Co., Saudi Consolidated Electric Company (SCECO), Marafiq, Brown & Root Saudi Ltd. C Flour Arabia Ltd., Lummus Alireza, Daelim SA, McConnell Dowell SA Ltd., SA Kent Co., General Dynamic Ltd., AMEC, DODSAL and other private sectors. During the past decade, the Organization has achieved growth in all spheres of services with high caliber and standards required by our Clients.
	Our undertakings are in the fields of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Instrumentation, for Installation, Construction & Maintenance. We have successfully carried out for Saudi Aramco, Short Form and Long Form contracts of various categories (both LSTK and otherwise) in their sites at Northern, Southern and Central Areas. We also have sufficient experience working with the SABIC Group of Companies and have executed various jobs to their satisfaction. We are currently carrying out Projects, Short Form and Long Form Contracts with Saudi Aramco , SABIC Group and Marafiq.
	We continually strive to improve our performance and to complete the Projects within the scheduled time, while maintaining standards of quality and safety during the execution.
	We have good knowledge and experience in all types of jobs such as heavy foundation works, water retaining structures, sea water pipes, pipeline jobs, installation of motors, pumps, HVAC installation and maintenance, Building Trades, Community Maintenance Services, construction of pre-engineered buildings, instrumentation projects, test & inspection of petrochemical Plants, boilers, installation of nozzles, construction of bridges and tanks, installing conveyors, tank repairs and maintenance, abrasive blasting and coating, etc.
	We have facilities to carry out all classes of jobs, with a total manpower over 1585. Our staffs are well qualified and experienced. Engineers and Supervisors in their respective fields have varied experience for carrying out Construction and Maintenance jobs.
	We have suitable equipment to meet all our needs in construction fields such as earth works and dewatering, mechanical fabrication, Blasting and painting, lifting equipment, heavy equipment and transportation.
	We have fabrication yards / shops, storage yard facilities and lay down yards at Rahima, Yanbu and Jubail. Each yard is equipped with machinery, equipment, tools and other required facilities for fabrication, welding, sandblasting and painting jobs. We have mechanical and automobile workshops in Rahima, Jubail and servicing station in Rahima for maintenance and repairs of our tools/equipments and vehicles.
	Our material procurement wing consists of well experienced Procurement Manager, Material Expeditor/Controllers, Purchase Officers and Clerical Staff. We have good liaisons with local firms who deal in Engineering and Construction materials. We have sufficient experience in vendor liaison, inspection, shipping, customs clearance etc.
