  Scope covers:

  Installation of Sea Water Supply and Return Line.  
  (Work covered but not limited to Excavation for the installation of lines to a depth of 6 meters, installation of sheet piling and shoring by use of vibratory hammer. Installation of 2 meter dia, 7.5 meter long pre-stressed concrete pipe spools each weighing 26.5 tons. Total length is more than 3000 meters. Installation of pipes in two rows for supply and two rows for return. The interlock of pipe spools is by pressure lock by two 'O' ring methods. The excavation dimensions for the trench are 3000 meter long by 6 meter deep by 9 meter wide.) Supply, install and test 15kV, 3x1/C x 500mm2 copper conductor etc., Supply, install and test cable splices on feeder No. 15, CKT : 3 – 15008., Supply, install and test 15kV outdoor type cable termination kits, Supply, install and test Utilization Distribution Panel, Supply, install and test the lighting fixtures, conduits, poles, switches, receptacles, with all fittings, clamps and accessories.

e) Instrumentation – Installation of CMS Provided instruments, weighing scale, conveyor belt alignment switch, safety switch, zero speed switch, time delay relay, start-up horn, beacon, installation of 2 junction boxes, installation of relay panel, install field JB, Control cable, instrument cables, DCS wiring, installation of control devices, bifurcation chute, control valves pressure transmitters orifice plates, piping & tubing, loop checking etc.

  SADAF Expansion – Styrene II Project  
  (Civil Works: Complete Civil work of the expansion completed within a record time with a very critical time schedule of Evaporation pond backfilling, earthen tank foundation 4 Ea., heavy filling for foundations, road construction, area grading & paving, and dike constructions).  
  RTR Works : Installation of RTR Piping and fixtures from 2” Dia to 24” Dia, Fabrication of field meter joints, testing and commissioning of different sewer systems, including construction and installation of RTR lined concrete man holes (Approx. concrete quantity was 300 M³) pipe laying etc.
(Mechanical Works: Approx. 4000 Tons of structural steel erection including welding of plates 30000 dia. Inch of heavy wall pipe welding for the pipe erection on the field.)
